Declaration of Friendship with Yoahtl

Commit to continuing an independent alliance with Yoahtl under the same terms as the Security Enhancement Coalition (SEC) until a new treaty can be drafted and voted upon.
(Until such time as a new treaty arises, or a specific name is chosen, the SEC treaty will be considered still in effect to prevent duplication.)
Senator SeaRed’s proposal, submitted on behalf of Shadno, was approved by the Senate and by President ChrisChrispie.
